Introduction to Sake
A tried and tested introductory workshop that combines basic information on sake brewing, legal classifications and styles, storage and serving with two rounds of tasting to let you discover your new favourite.
Usually takes 3 hours.
Guide price: CHF 1000 for a group of up to eight people, plus transport costs and accommodation where necessary. All sake and educational or reference material provided.
Create your own event focused on a particular classification, style, region, brewery, pairing or whatever you want to explore.

I hold several internationally recognised qualifications and can easily explain sake to food and drink professionals and the general public – what it is, the different classes and styles, and how to select, store, pair and serve. In Japanese, English and French!
