Introduction to Sake

A tried and tested introductory workshop that combines basic information on sake brewing and legal classifications, as well as styles, storage, pairing and service with two rounds of tasting to let you discover your new favourite. The workshop usually takes three hours.

Guide price: CHF 1000 for a group of up to eight people, plus transport costs and accommodation where necessary. All sake and educational or reference material provided. The host is responsible for providing water and wine glasses where required.

Tailored events

Create your own event focused on a particular classification, style, region, brewery, pairing or whatever you want to explore.

Guide price: CHF 1,000 for a group of up to eight people and a workshop up to three hours, plus transport costs and accommodation where necessary. All sake and educational or reference material provided.

Sake is still relatively unknown and unexplored, making it the perfect choice for an intriguing event that opens new horizons of aroma and flavour for everyone who loves food and drink.

Choose from an established introductory workshop with tastings for a group new to sake, or a focused exploration of style, region or pairing for a more experienced audience.

Guide price: CHF 1,000 for a group of up to eight people and workshop time of up to four hours plus travel and accommodation where necessary. Please contact me to organise.
