Introduction to Sake
A tried and tested introductory workshop that combines basic information on sake brewing, legal classifications plus styles, storage and serving with two rounds of tasting to let you discover your new favourite. The workshop usually takes three hours.
Guide price: CHF 1000 for a group of up to eight people, plus transport costs and accommodation where necessary. All sake and educational or reference material provided. The host is responsible for providing water and wine glasses where required.
Create your own event focused on a particular classification, style, region, brewery, pairing or whatever you want to explore.
Guide price: CHF 1,000 for a group of up to eight people and a workshop up to three hours, plus transport costs and accommodation where necessary. All sake and educational or reference material provided.
